Closed Loop Recovery

Easibind has established a Closed Loop Recovery and Recycling Initiative to take back products after use and reuse as recycled products. The advantage of a Closed Loop Scheme is that quality is closely controlled and monitored through the Quality Protocol. We have local collection schemes using standard transport systems and existing supply chains to minimise contamination and maintain quality standards.

A Quality Protocol to manage non food packaging plastics out of the waste stream has been established by The Environment Agency, and WRAP [Waste Resource Action Programme].

This allows early recovery of non packaging waste such as stationery, point of sale, print promotions, etc to produce high quality recycled product ranges at economic prices with a low carbon footprint. This guarantees that collected material is exempt from waste management controls and does not go to landfill or incineration.

Recycled Polymers are granulated then processed into recycled materials which are made available to our customers at the same prices as original materials.
